If you arn't scared, why did you look so scared in court in the LA Times photo of you sitting at the defedant's table in your 2012 criminal harasment trial? You can almost smell the fear.
And why, as your judgment day approaches, are you sending out so many accusatory and threatening emails?

Since your federal filings (one in tax court, one in the district court, and two 9th Circuit appeals) have all been sumarily dismissed as "frivolous" do you really believe that your threat to file a federal court lawsuit "ths Thursday or Friday" has anyone worried? In fact, the more frivolous petitions, lawsuits, motions and appeals you initiate, the more you damage your own credibility.

You make everyone made at you through not-stop-harassment and then you give them a legitimate reason to prosecute you and then at sentencing to throw the book at you.
You have a lot to learn about human nature.

Commentary:  These proceedings are being used to threaten and intimidate Lynch.  Lynch has not sent out accusatory and threatening emails.  She has, on the other hand, documented everything that has unfolded, since reporting allegations related to Cohen's tax fraud, for IRS, FBI, DOJ, and other authorities.  The City Attorney has no legitimate reason to prosecute Lynch.  Their prosecution is fraudulent, retaliatory, harassing, and brought in bad faith.

You talk a good game, but when you are in court facing jail you are a scared little bunny. The camera does not lie.

This is ironic due to your many wibsites and tens of thousands of blog posts over the last seven years that consist mainly of your warped, self-serving, and factually and legally unsupported hyperbole about these matters. Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded. You just cannot keep scoffing at court orders and the Penal Code while taunting prosecutors without consequences.
