Lynch writes on her blog "Gianelli is blatantly lying on You Tube, slandering me, and arguing the prosecution's retaliatory case." 1. That your time to file the petition for review to the Cal. Supremes has EXPIRED is a legal FACT, not a lie. 2. That you contemporaneously posted on your blog in July and August of 2016, respectively, the letter you transmitted to Cohen (showing on its face the manner of delivery) is also a FACT, not a lie. 3. Nor is it a "lie" for me to point out that you cannot claim that when you sent to Cohen the letters in July and August you KNEW ABOUT THE ORDER PROHIBITING ALL DIRECT AND INDREECT CONACT WITH COHEN EXCEPT THROUGH YOUR ATTORNEY - since you were charged, tried, convicted and sentenced, and then appealed that sentence for violating that very same order in 2012. 4. Indeed, in 2015 you asked the court to hold that the order was invalid, and THE COURT IN A SEPTEMBER 2015 ORDER HELD THE ORDER TO BE VALID. 5. All of this means that each and every element required to convict you of Counts 1 and 2 of the pending criminal complaint are not even arguably disputable. If you really believe that facts 1-4 are "lies" and that my conclusion 5 is incorrect, you are suffering a major disconnect with reality. You might as well save everyone a lot of time and effort and plead guilty and admit that you will never appeal the opinion dismissing your appeal re the default J to any higher court, because that window is closed. You made the same vow regarding your appeal from your 2012 criminal harassment conviction, but did not follow through then either. You are just a liar. About everything.

Commentary: Stephen Gianelli, a stalker who has harassed Lynch and others for over eight years, is blatantly lying and slandering her on YouTube. Lynch has been clear that she was advised to focus on the matters under appeal and drop her interest in pursuing an appeal re. the fraud upon the court matter. The court condones the use of fraud and perjury, including re. service, and that is now a fact. Blog postings are not communications with Leonard Cohen. Lynch has not violated any order even if Gianelli is attempting to elicit information for the prosecution and their co-conspiring witnesses, Kory and Rice. LA Superior Court has indeed confirmed that there is a California domestic violence order. The order is not valid and most certainly is not a registration of the Colorado order Kory and Rice to illegally modify after the protected party's death. Stephen Gianelli, as many people have noted, is both a psychopath and criminal. He most definitely represents the interests of Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, possibly others, and is attempting to elicit information for the prosecution in this case. n

Indeed, one isssue you tried to raise during your postconviction appeal in 2012 was your claim that your public defenders failed to pass onto you an offer to plead guilty in exchange for a 4 month jail sentence (the implication being you would have take the offer). Your total jail exposure is now 9-years as currently charged. I seriously doubt - given your prior conviction of the same offenses with the same victim, your 18-month jail sentence, and your probation violation and reated additional 6-months in jail, not to mention the lack of remorse you displayed then and continue to display now, that the offer will be that good this time around. But I strongly suggest that you accept any proffered guilty plea that puts you behind bars for less than 2-years, 5-year prob
