There
is no quicker way to turn a trial judge or jury against a defendant than
unwarranted personal attacks on the character or honesty of apparentlly sincere
prosecutors and victims - without very strong evidence to the contrary.
Especially since, in view of your pattern of past communications to Cohen, Kory
and Rice, in is the defendant who is the one who us out of line and who could
have avoided the entire prosecution by simply behaving herself after the last
convinction and 18-month jail sentence.
Commentary: The court does not seem to mind unwarranted personal attacks on Lynch's character and/or false allegations and accusations. The prosecutors are sincere in their misconduct. That is abundantly clear. This is their pattern and practice. Kory and Rice are co-conspirators who have benefited financially from their conduct.
