None are.

"Fraudulent" is just what you yell when you cannot deal with a factual or legal reality.
That is your mugshot taken the night of your 2012 arrest in Berkeley, right?
That is the affidavit in support of the warrant currently out for your arrest in Colorado, that does an excillent job of laying out that by May 5 2009 you were blatently violating the Colorado restraiing order that YOU REQUESTED by emailing Cohen - not requests for tax information - but a picture of a hand flipping the bird. Not once but four times. No pretense there, just naked malace and harassment.

Just like the recordings of someone who sounds exactly like you  shouting death threats and obcenities on Cohen's answering machine. Telling him point blank that you and intend to shoot him and "her" referrung to Michelle Rice, and daring to play the answering machine tape in court. (They did and will again on the current charges, since it shows your intent.)

So those arn't accurate transcripts of the proceedings?

Bullshit. Liar. Not fraud, just truth you cannot deal with.

Commentary:  This email is an attempt to elicit information related to the fraudulent information and legal pleadings on the Fact Check blog that Lynch is privately reviewing with IRS.  Lynch was falsely arrested in Colorado.  She went to trial and prevailed on the charge she was arrested over . The jurors did not believe Boulder PD.  Lynch has asked DOJ to investigate the situation with respect to Lynch and Boulder PD.  Lynch didn't violate the Colorado order.  Cohen testified that he didn't hear from Lynch in 2009, 2010, etc. so that clearly proves that the allegations are fraudulent.  Lynch didn't shout death threats.  Lynch addressed Kory's threats to destroy her sons.  These VM messages, should the City Attorney attempt to use them, will be reviewed by an expert.  A Colorado attorney is investigating the situation with respect to the fraud warrant.  The City Attorney also transmitted fraudulent and incoherent transcripts to the jurors in 2012.  The entire 2012 trial record is evidence of fraud.  If the prosecution is permitted to lie, they may very well prevail.  That's evidently how one wins a case before LA Superior Court.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate?
