You do know that
accusing prosecutors of misconduct, accusing the court of "fraud",
filing frivolous motions to make prosecutors work harder, and making it crystal
clear that the defendant lacks even a tiny bit of remorse is a recepe for a
very long jail sentence?
Commentary: For some reason, sandra123 decided to harass Paulette Brandt over the current proceedings. Ms. Brandt is a witness who has submitted declarations to the court and reviewed the fabricated evidence binders. The prosecutors have and continue to engage in misconduct. Lynch continues to object to the misconduct which is something her lawyers did not do during her 2012 trial. Lynch lacks remorse as she has no role in the prosecutorial misconduct other than objecting to it.
