Apparently everything that does not go your way in court (which is every legal proceding in which you have ever been involved) is "fradulent". But reasonable folk - including the ones who will decide how to rule on your motions and trial objections and whether to find you guilty or not guilty and the judge who will decide your sentence and the judges who decide your appeal - don't buy such transparent BS.


That is why you will always LOSE.

Commentary:  The entire 2012 trial record is evidence of fraud.

Indeed, one isssue you tried to raise during your postconviction appeal in 2012 was your claim that your public defenders failed to pass onto you an offer to plead guilty in exchange for a 4 month jail sentence (the implication being you would have take the offer). Your total jail exposure is now 9-years as currently charged. I seriously doubt - given your prior conviction of the same offenses with the same victim, your 18-month jail sentence, and your probation violation and reated additional 6-months in jail, not to mention the lack of remorse you displayed then and continue to display now, that the offer will be that good this time around. But I strongly suggest that you accept any proffered guilty plea that puts you behind bars for less than 2-years, 5-year prob
