Criminal defendants always claim:

1. I was innocent.
2. My prosecutor lied.
3. The witnesses committed perjury.
To that ubiquitous list of lies, you have added the following new classics (classics because you have been spewing them in 40 emails a day for a decade):
4. All of the above, and
5. The order was fradulent.
6. I was never served.
7. I didn't know about the order.
8. Paulette was told by the Bounder Combined Court that the order expired.
9. My criminal case is interfering with an IRS mattter.
10. I am being prosecuted due to a conspiracy between the Los Angeles District Attorneys Office, the LA  City Attorney, and Cohn's attorneys Kory Rice (who talked to Karina Von Watteville) because they don't want the Phil Spector murder conviction over turned.
11. The City Attorney has lied profusely about me.
12. My Stalinesque show trial [for violating Cohen's fraud restraining order and for sending electronic communications with the intent to annoy]  demands an investigation by the IRS.
Yea, yea yea. The check is  in the mail. I love you. And I promise not to....
Oh, BTW, the Internal Revenue Service is not going to "review" kelleylynchfactcheck.com. But why would you want others to reviwed a website that, wihout retorhic or hyperbole (because the evidence and documents tell the story) conslusively demonstrates that you are not the victim, you are the liar, theif, and serial harasser with a long criminal record, a  criminal charge pending out of Boulder and a criminal case awaiting trial in California?

Have you listened to the audo recordings of you raving like a homicidal  lunatic on the site?

Commentary:  Lynch will address the above 12 points privately with IRS, FBI, and DOJ.  The email relates to IRS and their possible review of the Fact Check blog.  The blog doesn't demonstrate anything other than a fabricated narrative, fraudulent and perjured legal pleadings, tactics used against Lynch, and issues related to twax fraud.

Indeed, one isssue you tried to raise during your postconviction appeal in 2012 was your claim that your public defenders failed to pass onto you an offer to plead guilty in exchange for a 4 month jail sentence (the implication being you would have take the offer). Your total jail exposure is now 9-years as currently charged. I seriously doubt - given your prior conviction of the same offenses with the same victim, your 18-month jail sentence, and your probation violation and reated additional 6-months in jail, not to mention the lack of remorse you displayed then and continue to display now, that the offer will be that good this time around. But I strongly suggest that you accept any proffered guilty plea that puts you behind bars for less than 2-years, 5-year prob
