The 2008 Colorado order, registered in 2011 in California, orders (in part) that:
“... you shall not attempt to contact said Protected Persons [Leonard Cohen] through any third persons except your attorney except as follows: NONE”

You keep harping on the assertion that “Kory and Rice are not part of the 2008 Colorado order”.

Whether or not that is true, every time you “attempted” to communicate to Leonard Cohen by telephoning or emailing Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, or any other “third persons” you committed a prima facie violation of the 2008 Colorado order.

Any person of normal intelligence could read and understand that if you violated the order by attempting to contact Cohen by calling or emailing Kory or Rice.


Or, as will be expressed on the appropriate verdict form as to counts 1 and 2: GUILTY. (That's TWO YEARS in jail right there, regardless of purpose or legitimacy of reasons for the contact.)

Commentary:  Lynch would like to remind FBI that she is and has been her own attorney since 2005.  Kory and Rice were and are not part of the 2008 Colorado order.  Their former place of business in California was although Lynch doubts the Colorado court had jurisdiction over a property in California.  Since Cohen's death, Kory & Rice have attempted to modify the Colorado order to insert themselves into.  Cohen's lawyers, Springer & Steinberg, continued to represent their deceased client after his death although they are not representatives of Cohen's estate.  Kory is not a representative of Cohen's estate.  He is trustee of a revocable family trust created for probate purposes.  Cohen's representatives routinely email Lynch and Lynch has every legal right to communicate with them.  That would include corporate counsel with respect to the corporations at issue.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded.
