NOTE: Both Alan Jackson and the rest of the Phil Spector prosecution team served in the major crimes division during that time. Obviously, she would be aware that there is no "conspiracy to prevent the Phil Spector murder conviction from being overturned" by prosecuting you in 2012 and in 2017 and that prosecuting the violation of a restraining order and/or electronic harassment under section 653M is not "interferance with an IRS matter". Judge Brazil will also know that a demurrer filed after entry of plea is untimely per Penal Code section 1004 ["The defendant may demur to the accusatory pleading at any time prior to the entry of a plea ... "], the standards for dismissal under section 1385, and that you have not even come close to proving with admissible evidence that the City Attorey and/or the Family Violence unit has a confluct of interest so grave that you would likely be deprived of a fair trial.

Commentary:  For some reason, sandra123 researched Deborah Brazil's background and brought this to Lynch's attention.  The individual harassing Lynch wanted her to understand that Deborah Brazil worked in the DA's Major Fraud Unit where "Alan Jackson and the rest of the Phil Spector prosecution team served."  Evidently, Deborah Brazil was a gang prosecutor and worked in "family violence."  Lynch is indeed curious to find out if this judge believes sexual harassment, sexual assault, and indecent exposure are in fact "dating" in California.  If any judge was being honest, they would acknowledge that once someone is convicted governments generally fight to prevent them from being overturned.  There is ongoing interference with federal tax matters in the current proceedings.  The City Attorney has conflicts of interest and their misconduct is grave and egregious.  The entire case demands an investigation.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded.
