can make your motion based on alleged outragious conduct, but what was they guy
supposed to do - not listen? Ha! There is no reasonable expectation of privacy
in an open courthouse cafeteria frequented by cops and prosecutors. That is
simply a matter of common sense. This sounds like an eposide of World's Dumbest
Criminals.
Commentary: Lynch intends to file a motion re. outrageous governmental conduct related to a spy prosecutor following her and Paulette Brandt to the cafeteria, eavesdropping upon them and Lynch's conversation with another witness, and transmitting that information (falsely) to the prosecutor. This is simply an ongoing pattern and practice of misconduct and outrageous governmental conduct on the part of the City Attorney.
