Either
you had a reasonable expectation or privacy sitting in a courthouse cafateria
talking loudly on your cell phone or you did not. Either way, no misconduct
involved. And, BTW, no basis for supression. It will be up to the jury to
decide what they believe you said on the phone.
Spoofed
email? You know this how? Because you sent it?
State
Bar complaints? If you are to be believed, this is what, the 4th time you have
done that in connection with your criminal procedings right? How are those
going so far? Ha!
By
all means go to trial. It will be quite the freak show. Then you will be
convicted and go to jail for a veery long time.
Commentary: Lynch did not send the fabricated email to Kory. This issue remains ongoing and is most certainly not a laughable issue. Lynch believes many parties involved in these proceedings should be prosecuted.
