The only one in the universe who has constantly written Cohen, Kory, Rice, Jackson, and Streeter obcessing on your 2006 default J, the alleged lack of service, perjury in your default case and in your 2012 and current criminal procedings, "tax fraud", "obstructing a federal tax matter" etc. ect. etc. ad naseam is KELLEY LYNCH.

You are the only person with a known motive to continually write to these folks on those subjects.

After literally YEARS of doing so, employing your highly destinctive communication styles, I don't care what tales of "spoofed emails" you spin, what proxy servers you have used, or how you think you have covered your tracks, no jury will every believe that the sender of these harassing communications with which you have been charged is anyone but YOU.
Your prior emails are admissible to prove identity under sections 1101 et seq. Also common sense.

Not to mention your autmatic mantra of "I was never served" "I never received the mailed copy of the suit in 2005" and (more recently) I never got the discovery package in the mail.
In other words, in addition to it being totally obvious that you sent the emails, you lie so much in blantant and obvious ways, no one will believe your denials.


You have no credibility outside your little artificial listening circle of enablers you have created for yourself. So don't looked so shocked when they put those cuffs on (again). Because I told you so.

Commentary:  This addresses the content of Lynch's alleged communications related to lack of service, perjury re. the default judgment, tax fraud, obstructing a federal tax matters, etc.  Lynch was never served Cohen's lawsuit and hand delivered approximately six declarations to IRS Chief Trial Counsel's office, and a private declaration, related to that issue, the harassment at that time, and other matters.  Lynch never received the discovery package and the prosecutor had no returned receipt as it wasn't delivered.  In any event, she has now been served so that specific matter is not an issue.  Lynch has submitted complaints to USPS to DOJ and the Court itself sent mail to her address that was returned to the court.  Therefore, the Court should understand that there are ongoing problems with the mail at this address.  This is a training route and that is to be expected.  USPS is also attempting to address it.  Lynch would like FBI to note that Alan Jackson was inserted into this email and that is not gratuitous.

Indeed, one isssue you tried to raise during your postconviction appeal in 2012 was your claim that your public defenders failed to pass onto you an offer to plead guilty in exchange for a 4 month jail sentence (the implication being you would have take the offer). Your total jail exposure is now 9-years as currently charged. I seriously doubt - given your prior conviction of the same offenses with the same victim, your 18-month jail sentence, and your probation violation and reated additional 6-months in jail, not to mention the lack of remorse you displayed then and continue to display now, that the offer will be that good this time around. But I strongly suggest that you accept any proffered guilty plea that puts you behind bars for less than 2-years, 5-year prob
