You did send out a mass email claiming you spotted "Gianelli" outside the courthouse the other day and took his picture.

Criminal charges pertaining to alleged restrainig order violations are not a federal tax matter.

Commentary:  Herb Dodell has never represented KL, never informed her he would, and the prosecution's statements to the Court about this situation, after demanding information about attorneys she consulted, are outrageous.  Once again, Lynch wrote IRS and others that she saw a clown outside of LA Superior Court and thought he resembled Stephen Gianelli.  The allegations related to the fraud Cali DV order are indeed federal tax matters.  In fact, Leonard Cohen, his representatives, and local government actors have attempted to convert a federal tax controversy into a fraud domestic violence case.  That includes through blatantly misleading jurors about IRS required tax and corporate forms and arguing that criminal tax fraud and/or evasion is a "ruse."  That ruse involves Leonard Cohen and his representatives failing to report $8 million in income on corporate returns.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded.
