Not that Herb would have been able to represent you.(You would be a worst-case scenario client for any lawyer whose livelihood depends on not offending the court and there is the difficult fact that you have no money) but when I lawyer tells you not to mention his and then not only do you do so but you publish his confidential communications to you...

You can either go with the public defender, and take a plea, or you can represent yourself (and we know how that worked out).

Why should Rutger flush more money down the toilet for a lawyer to give you advice you will never follow or accept, who not control you? Because the sole reason you are again facing criminal charges is that you continue to engage in the same self-defeating behavior. To continue to do what you have been ordered not to do. For what? To prove you still can?

There is no upside to your 10-year long pattern of behavior, only downside. And your inability to perform that cost-benefit analysis and start behaving yourself is the reason why you are in trouble - AGAIN.

No amount of money you emotionally blackmail out of Rutger for attorneys fees will ever change that or you. You will always screw up, and you will always be in trouble.



Commentary:  This particular email relates to the prosecutor's attempt to infiltrate KL's defense, their demands for names of attorneys consulted and information discussed with those attorneys, and sandra123's interest in Herb Dodell.  Herb Dodell is an attorney KL consulted over the current retaliatory proceedings.  He was evidently a judge with LA Superior Court, had a conflict of interest, but informed Lynch that he could possibly refer her to an attorney in Los Angeles.  The email, as is generally true with the harassing emails, attempts to elicit information about Lynch's finances, mentions her son, and attempts to determine who might assist financially.  The 10 plus pattern relates to Leonard Cohen, his lawyers, related parties, and local government actors in Los Angeles and elsewhere.  Due to serious conflicts with the Public Defender, KL has been forced once again to represent herself.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded.
