1.       Contrary to the Truth Sentinel post, I have not emailed anyone using any pseudonym.  Nor is there any forensic evidence to the contrary. That ends the matter.

2.       I blocked  the person referenced in the post last year and receive none of her emails. All I know comes from the River Deep Book public web blog, that I occasionally read.

Commentary:  This harassing email was sent by Gianelli allegedly to IRS Commissioner's Staff and cc'd to Lynch.  Gianelli has previously informed Lynch that IRS blocked his emails as harassing and sent Lynch the communication he received as evidence.  Streeter informed Lynch during these proceedings that IRS blocked her emails to IRS Commissioner's Staff.  Lynch will ask the prosecution to provide the agent's name and badge number who informed Streeter of this.  At no time has IRS informed Lynch that they blocked her emails.  In fact, she was advised that IRS Commissioner's Staff were reading/reviewing her emails.  Gianelli, who has relentlessly harassed Lynch and others, informed IRS that he blocked Lynch while harassing her through electronic communications and publicly attacking her on Truth Sentinel.  He now appears to be posting as John Law on that site and has extensively attempted to use the site to discredit Lynch, elicit information, and probably influence jurors and others.  Gianelli wants to know if IRS has said anything to her about his harassing communications, etc.  Lynch understands precisely how this professional criminal operates.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded. You just cannot keep scoffing at court orders and the Penal Code while taunting prosecutors without consequences.
