To the Los Angeles City Attorneys Association, 

I am wondering if one of you could guide me in the proper direction. I have an ongoing situation with the City Attorney's Family Violence Unit and, in particular, DCA Sandra Jo Streeter. Ms. Streeter lied routinely about me throughout a trial related to a fraudulent domestic violence order I was unaware of. I was not in a dating relationship with singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen. There are no findings of domestic violence. I was not notified of this order. There was no hearing. There is no proof of service re. the order. Ms. Streeter lied extensively and used the case as an opportunity to lie about federal tax and corporate matters. The City Attorney is attempting to subvert IRS reporting and filing requirements through the use of a fraud domestic violence order. Ms. Streeter is once again, with her colleagues, targeting me. She has now lied at two recent hearings. I have brought this misconduct to the attention of the court and will file state bar complaints. She was replaced at the last hearing by another prosecutor whose name I do not know. He immediately lied that I violated additional fraud DV orders (136.2 PC) that are mandatory but fraudulent. The Court confirmed that attorneys of record were not part of his order. This information is being transmitted into local, state, and federal databases. There are serious issues related to VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) fraud. Is there anyone who oversees misconduct at the City Attorney's Office? This is blatant, willful, ongoing misconduct. Every word during my so-called first trial was and remains a lie. The same is true for the latest proceedings.

The situation is a disgrace. Furthermore, the "protected party" is deceased and the City Attorney is now arguing that his so-called lawyers, who perjured themselves on the stand, are part of the order. They are not. I will remind you that prosecutorial misconduct is rampant in California and based upon what I and others are witnessing, it's no wonder. I look forward to your response.

Commentary:  Sandra123 then sent the email addressed to the City Attorney's Association to Lynch's son.  He responded that he has been harassed through these communications as much as she has at this point.  Her son believed sandra123 is actually Stephen Gianelli.  He once again advised Gianelli to cease and desist and notified him that he would forward all harassing communications to his mother.  Her son concluded that he is being harassed to turn him against his mother and that this is a psychological tactic.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded. You just cannot keep scoffing at court orders and the Penal Code while taunting prosecutors without consequences.
