 Commentary:  This email appears to be from sandra123 to Michelle Blaine, Spector's former assistant.  Blaine replaced Paulette Brandt in 2002.  She also got rid of Phil Spector's driver and security personnel.  T&T Blog is Sprocket's blog.  Lynch will sue over any defamatory book, film, etc. about her.  The news media has continuously advised her that they are permitted to libel her because of LA Superior Court's fraud judgments.  However, regardless of those judgments, which are under appeal, they continue to blatantly lie about Lynch.  When Lynch attempted to address this situation with David Remnick of the New Yorker, and pointed out that her sons were distressed, he fabricated a narrative that involved him being a victim.  Lynch has contacted the New Yorker's lawyer about this issue and plans to file a lawsuit over the situation.  David Remnick is not a victim.  Lynch's sons are however.  Lynch copied LAPD's TMU on her emails to the New Yorker's lawyers notifying them that she intends to file a lawsuit.  This email appears to be interested in whether or not Lynch herself has been approached with respect to a potential film or movie.  Lynch is willing to address that issue directly with the FBI.  

 Lynch and Spector used to go to Spago together.  Lynch believes the comment regarding Spago might relate to the fact that Lynch had dinner with Phil Spector after the death of Lana Clarkson.  Phil Spector informed Lynch that Clarkson was dancing around with a gun, he walked into the foyer, she was singing "Da Doo Run Run," and then shot herself.  He advised Paulette Brandt that Clarkson said "This is what I can do to your cock" prior to shooting herself.  Lynch has been out with Phil Spector many times over the years.  She has witnessed women targeting him and heard stories, from Phil Spector and Janis Zavala, about women going through his drawers and then making false accusations against him.   In any event, Lynch is convinced that Phil Spector is innocent and believes this is one of the reasons she has been relentlessly targeted by many people including local government actors in Los Angeles.  In fact, Steve Cooley publicly aligned himself with Leonard Cohen during her 2012 trial and had an investigator in the courtroom to intimidate her.  As Lynch testified during those proceedings, she does indeed believe that Cooley should be investigated.

This is ironic due to your many wibsites and tens of thousands of blog posts over the last seven years that consist mainly of your warped, self-serving, and factually and legally unsupported hyperbole about these matters. Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded. You just cannot keep scoffing at court orders and the Penal Code while taunting prosecutors without consequences.
