Commentary:  The individuals who evidently expressed an interest in attending the February 23rd hearing included Betsy Ross, Trials & Tribulations Blog, Michelle Blaine, Alan Jackson, and Karina Von Watteville.  Most of these individuals were involved with the Phil Spector case.  Betsy Ross runs a blog called Trials & Tribulations that essentially trashed Phil Spector throughout his two trials.  Michelle Blaine was Spector's former assistant who apparently stole nearly $1 million from him and went on a rampage to destroy his reputation.  Both Ross and Blaine were posting on Stephen Gianelli's Blogonaut Law Blog when Lynch stumbled upon it in 2009.  Blaine publicly thanked Gianelli for his involvement in the targeting of Lynch's blog.  Lynch's blogs and email accounts have been routinely hijacked, compromised, and shut down based upon fraudulent allegations.  Lynch has repeatedly addressed this with Google's Law Enforcement division. In fact, it appeared that Gianelli accessed and altered information on a blog Lynch created for Tax Court.  The evidence she submitted to the Court via this blog was destroyed, Gianelli inserted his routine and slanderous statements onto the blog, the blog name was changed, someone attempted to change her password, an account (used to upload a photograph Gianelli has sent Lynch countless times) was opened using Lynch's email address, and Gianelli advised Lynch that as he uses TOR even if he did engage in this conduct, she could never prove it.  Lynch has in fact contacted TOR to file a complaint about this issue.  The other individual who would evidently attend is Spector's former prosecutor, DDA Alan Jackson.  Jackson, former DA Steve Cooley, Phil Spector, and Dennis Riordan were constant themes throughout Lynch's 2012 trial.  At that time, Jackson and City Attorney Carmen Trutanich were running for DA.  Lynch believes her trial was designed and scheduled during this campaign.  Spector was literally on the voter's ballot.  Trutanich is now being investigated by the State Bar for misconduct.  This link relates to Sprocket's post about Lynch, includes a communication Lynch sent iRS Commissioner's Staff (Sprocket blacked out Gianelli's name), and is evidence that there is a highly coordinated campaign to discredit Lynch that involves the Spector prosecution and players in that case.  As Lynch's lawyer noted during her 2012 trial:  the City Attorney attempted to sabotage IRS, discredit Lynch, and the DA didn't want the Spector verdict overturned.  Lynch also believes that her trial was designed to refute statements contained in her September 2009 letter to DDA Alan Jackson.  In 2006, Lynch filed a Complaint with the DA's Major Fraud Unit re. Cohen's theft from her, corporations, and so forth.  At that time, the DA's office began threatening her and became increasingly hostile.  Lynch filed complaints with the DA's Internal Affairs, Attorney General of California, and State Bar about this ongoing misconduct that also involved federal tax matters.  Lynch's prosecutor informed the court that the DA elected not to prosecute Leonard Cohen.  Lynch believes there may have been a quid pro quo related to his testimony about Phil Spector and a gun.  That testimony was elicited by Streeter, using Lynch's email to Dennis Riordan (which Cohen wasn't copied on), while Streeter concealed the portions of that email to IRS Commissioner's Staff and with respect to IRS required tax and corporate information.  Cohen perjured himself when he testified, after reviewing the email to Dennis Riordan, that he was a recipient.

This is ironic due to your many wibsites and tens of thousands of blog posts over the last seven years that consist mainly of your warped, self-serving, and factually and legally unsupported hyperbole about these matters. At a minumum there should be a dispassionate rebuttle to your daily diatribes based on facts and actual court documents and judicial rulings. Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded. You just cannot keep scoffing at court orders and the Penal Code while taunting prosecutors without consequences.
