BTW, I notified some of your old buddies about the case and hearing date.

Expect observers, including the press, a legal blogger, opposing parties in litigation taking notes and yours truly!

Commentary:  The "buddies" this individual notified evidently included Karina Von Watteville who showed up, asked the bailiff to summon the prosecutor, met with him for 10 minutes, and - as the prosecutor would later inform her - advised him that Lynch referred to KVW as a "prostitute."  That is a blatant lie.  Linda Carol Murphy prepared a declaration that addressed this issue.  She was KVW's roommate and also confirmed this for LAPD's TMU in Lynch's presence.  This has been raised in pleadings with LA Superior Court re. a sham proceeding that has now been dismissed.  In any event, after this incident at court, KVW would harass Lynch through electronic communications and informed her that she would be a witness in the current proceedings.  Lynch does believe her communications with Robert Kory demand an investigation.

Indeed, one isssue you tried to raise during your postconviction appeal in 2012 was your claim that your public defenders failed to pass onto you an offer to plead guilty in exchange for a 4 month jail sentence (the implication being you would have take the offer). Your total jail exposure is now 9-years as currently charged. I seriously doubt - given your prior conviction of the same offenses with the same victim, your 18-month jail sentence, and your probation violation and reated additional 6-months in jail, not to mention the lack of remorse you displayed then and continue to display now, that the offer will be that good this time around. But I strongly suggest that you accept any proffered guilty plea that puts you behind bars for less than 2...
