As
Thursday looms, get ready to set a trial date.
You
cannot delay the inevitible forever.
No
attorney would touch you with a 10-foot poll and you don't have cash for a
retainer and no income to pay even if you did. Your family can't (or won't)
help.
I
am thinking June or July.
Then
the inevitible conviction on all counts, your predictable lack of remorse, and
a 9-year jail sentence (probably 2-3 actual years behind bars).
Maybe
then you will stop. Probably not, but it will give all of us a wonderful 3-year
vacation from you.
Commentary: A hearing was held on February 23, 2017. As Lynch has noted, the prosecutors have routinely lied about many issues during these proceedings. This email attempts to elicit information about attorneys I may have consulted, is an attempt to infiltrate Lynch's defense, and further attempts to determine if Lynch's family is willing to assist her financially.
Lynch has no remorse as she is not the individual blatantly lying to the court, jurors, in legal pleadings, and so forth.
