You
have had your fun, you have sent your harassing emails, now it is time to pay
the bill.
All
four appeals will be lost - that is your public humuliation.
One
year in jail for the letter and email (respectively) sent 7-26 in blatant
violation of restraining order you were already convicted of, did serious
time for, and failed to learn your lesson. Six months in jail for every
additional harassing communication.
You
are completely fucked.
Oh,
but please do keep harassing your 2012 trial prosecutor. See where that gets
you.
HINT: It smells like BO and poop in there. It is called LA County Jail.
Enjoy, you have certainly earned it!
Commentary: Lynch has sent no harassing email communications. She has informed Kory & Rice, and others, to cease and desist. That would include with respect to Gianelli's communications related to tax matters, IRS required tax and corporate information, civil litigation, appeals, and so forth. Kory and Rice are attorneys of record, have sat at counsel table during the proceedings (Case No. BC338322 and BQ033717), served as Cohen's personal and business managers, served as corporate counsel, served as registered agent of the corporations at issue, and handled and/or oversaw accounting, litigation, financial, and tax matters. They have personally acknowledged this with LA Superior Court. Sandra Jo Streeter blatantly lied to LA Superior Court, during these proceedings, that Kory & Rice are not attorneys of record. Ms. Streeter and her colleagues are incapable of telling the truth. At no time have I harassed Streeter. In November 2012, Gianelli and others began harassing Lynch through their emails to Streeter. Lynch advised all parties to cease and desist and refuted the blatantly false statements transmitted to the City Attorney, District Attorney, and other authorities. She also expressed concern about the use of the harassing communications with Streeter against her sons, members of her family, and friends. Streeter then used this as an opportunity to retaliate. With the advice of her appellate attorney, Lynch then attempted to abandon her appeal of the 2012 trial verdict. The entire appellate record, as is true for all matters related to Cohen and herself, is replete with fraudulent misrepresentations, perjured testimony, and much it relates to federal tax matters.
