Your best only hope is to express how sorry you are for your years of harassment of Leonard Cohen, to plead guilty and throw yourself on the mercy of the court.

If you go to trial on 16-counts, you wll be convicted of 16-counts.

All of your prior obscene and threatening communications are admisible to show intent under Ev. Code sec.s 1101 and following.

Commentary:  This individual is obsessed with Lynch exhibiting remorse to the court with respect to the conduct of others.  The individuals incapable of expressing remorse are the entities that have issued fraudulent orders, judgments, and verdicts.  Lynch has no intent and there are no "obscene" and/or "threatening" communications.  Leonard Cohen, during Lynch's 2012 trial, took the stand and fabricated testimony.  He even testified that he obtained the fraudulent Colorado order because he was concerned Lynch might attend his concert one year later.  He failed to bring that concern to the attention of the Colorado court.  Leonard Cohen, a known fabricator and teller of tale tales, proved that he was willing to say and do anything.  He evidently hoped scholars would review his entirely perjured and fraudulent legal pleadings which are nothing other than a fabricated narrative, tactics, and his defense to the allegations that he and the corporations he controlled committed civil and criminal tax fraud.  One of Lynch's so-called prior bad acts, LA Superior Court's character assassination evidence code which allows parties such as the City Attorney to fabricate statements for jurors, related to former DA Steve Cooley and false accusations based upon hearsay.  If one has a fabricated narrative, and witnesses willing to perjure themselves, they are assured of victory before LA Superior Court.  That is most definitely Lynch's personal opinion.  She has witnessed this time and time again.
