You know I am not Streeter.

This is just an excuse to harass her.


I see who you are not emailing. Don't want to violate the terms of your OR? Don't worry, you will be back in jail soon enough.


Commentary:  Lynch believes these emails are being generated by Streeter or someone affiliated with her and co-conspirators Kory & RIce such as Stephen Gianelli.  At no time has Lynch harassed Streeter including with respect to her informal discovery request.  It seems as though the individuals behind these emails are interested in seeing Lynch violate her OR.  She remains convinced that the fabricated email at issue was pre-meditated.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded.
