Do you have any idea how many women there are in the greater Los Angeles area named "Sandra" - let alone how many of them are lawyers?

What part of "for the record we have never met" do you not understand?

How does any of this constitute "impersonation"? Hint: it is not. Second hint, it is no defense to the 16 criminal counts with wich you are charged either. Either you sent the email and the letter to Cohen on 7/27 or you did not. If you did you are toast.


That is all there is to it.

Commentary:  Lynch is unaware of any female lawyer in Los Angeles named "Sandra" apart from her former prosecutor, Sandra Jo Streeter.  It appears that the individual, possibly Gianelli, who created this account and is sending the harassing emails, is actually impersonating Sandra Jo Streeter.  sandra123 is attempting to elicit information about Lynch's defense.

Have you read Penal code section 653M, or do you simply believe that everything you write is so important and legitimate that you have an unqualified right to say it, to whomever you wish, as many times as your whims dictate? Don't be suprized if you pick up additional charges (if Bruce Cutler alone decides to request charges, that would be hundreds of additional counts) or wind up remanded.
