Live by the keyboard, die by the keyboard.

No, that's not a threat. It is a variation on a proverb.

It means, if you spend more than a decade of your life harassing literally hundreds of individuals, public employees and their attorneys, then republish your harassing communications on your blog,  you forfeit any right to complain when you, yourself, receive an occasional missive replying to one of your many emails, voice mails (or in this case) blog posts.

It also means that you can expect to spend a fair amount of time in criminal court trying to defend against criminal charges arising from your own unreasonable and harassing behavior and that your own cries of "harasssment!" are going to fall on some pretty deaf ears.

Commentary:  Lynch does indeed view the comment "die by the keyboard" as a not so veiled threat.  Lynch has never harassed anyone.  That is a tactic Cohen, his representatives, and local government actors and others have developed.  It's far more salacious than the drier issues related to tax fraud and/or evasion, corporate malfeasance, the withholding of IRS required tax and corporate matters, and so forth.  My blog, riverdeepbook.blogspot.com, has been used to refuse the online public attacks, fraudulent legal pleadings, false allegations, and reprint communications with IRS, FBI, DOJ, and other authorities.  The City Attorney of Los Angeles actually instructed Gianelli to continue harassing Kelley Lynch and asked him to transmit a preposterous message from that office to her.  Michelle Rice has also urged Gianelli to harass Lynch.  She informed him that it makes her "richer than fuck."  Robert Kory asked Gianelli to bcc him on his harassing communications.  Clearly, Cohen, his representatives, and Gianelli are co-conspirators and Gianelli is Cohen's operative, proxy, and agent.  Gianelli continues to defend Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and Michelle Rice.  He argues their legal positions.  He also routinely lies to IRS, FBI, DOJ, and other authorities.  He informed Lynch, in one of his harassing communications, that he worked with the City Attorney on two separate occasions to have her falsely arrested.  In another harassing email, Gianelli informed Lynch that he was in touch with LAPD's TMU about her as early as 2009 or 2010.

Since you are still intent on "poking the lion", could you please send emails (several) to Kelly Lynch stating that you are not connected to Sandra Streeter, have never met her, and you are not involved with a conspiracy with her?  Because, unfortunately, your poking at Lynch and defending our prosecutor is making her focus more and more on Ms. Streeter and a delusional belief that Streeter and you are cohorts in a conspiracy against her.  

Also, could you please not give Lynch any further information about what we are doing/planning?  My intent in emailing you about the hearing was just to let you know what happened as a courtesy, not to give you more ammunition to throw at Lynch. I do not like the fact that I have unwittinglin fueled the fires of Kelly Lynch's imaginary Gianelli-Streeter conspiracy by giving you information about what happened at the hearging.  - Vivienne
