STEPHEN GIANELLI HAS NOW POSTED ON TWO SEPARATE SITES THE IDENTICAL COMMENT.  ON ANN DIAMOND'S BLOG HE IS USING THE FAKE MONIKER TRUTH TELLER TO DEFEND AND ARGUE LEONARD COHEN'S LEGAL POSITIONS WHILE REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OF COHEN'S LAWYERS, KORY & RICE. Given this harsh factual observation, and the fact that the same 3-judge panel will be hearing lynch’s two remaining appeals, how or why she believes herself likely to achieve a successful outcome with the same court seems counterintuitive.
